UK NARIC services and coronavirus (COVID-19)

All UK NARIC services are running, despite the restrictions relating to coronavirus/COVID-19.

This includes all statement services, for individual customers and for organisations, and all enquiry services and verification services.



To comply with UK Government requirements, UK NARIC staff are working from home.

However, applications for UK NARIC statements are still being completed within the normal turnround times (including Fast Track if you choose this).

During this period of travel restrictions, all UK NARIC statement services are being delivered electronically, by email or internet.

Printed paper statements are not being issued. Instead, statements are being issued by email, in PDF format and carrying a special watermark.

UK NARIC PDF statements are temporary documents designed for this period of coronavirus restrictions.

When these restrictions end, UK NARIC will issue printed paper statements. These will be sent to customers by the delivery method selected.

Note that during these travel restrictions, documents should not be sent by post to our offices. All documents should be sent to us electronically.
