The focus of this fast introduction to using information bases is how to use and obtain maximum benefit from the core UK ENIC qualifications database – International Comparisons.

International Comparisons (IC) is used internationally, serving as a key tool for recognition. IC helps users make informed decisions about qualifications from overseas - essential when screening and recruiting international applicants and candidates.

  • develop an understanding on how to navigate the full range of information on the database
  • identify where to find comparability information for qualifications and how the status of an institution may affect the result
