With ever increasing student and labour mobility, this project recognised the need for comprehensive and user-friendly tools to assist institutions and employers in assessing individual achievement. As such, this project developed an online tool providing comparability for qualifications at upper secondary, Bachelor and Master's degree level from 25 European countries based upon a performance distribution analysis across the European qualifications arena. In addition to promoting transparency in grading systems and assisting admissions staff and employers to make informed recruitment decisions, the database allows users to draw comparisons between any two systems - a tool that would be similarly beneficial to stakeholders across the region.
