The UNESCO Leadership Forum for Quality Higher Education in Almaty, Kazakhstan reaffirms the committment of Central Asia countries to strengthen cooperation on the internationalisation of higher education.

Further to the Astana Declaration in 2017 this event will reinforce internationalisation policies and practices in the Asia-Pacific region.

Dr Cloud Bai-Yun will speak on 24 May 2019 about ways of deepening the understanding of the links between national qualifications frameworks, quality assurance and the recognition of skills and qualifications in Europe and Asia-Pacific through the Lisbon and Tokyo Conventions.
