UK NARIC services and coronavirus (COVID-19)

All UK NARIC services are running, despite the restrictions relating to coronavirus/COVID-19.

This includes all statement services, for individual customers and for organisations, and all enquiry services and verification services.

In compliance with UK Government requirements, many UK NARIC staff are working from home. However, UK NARIC is now in a phased return to office-based working.

The UK NARIC offices are now open, and postal deliveries can be accepted.

Applications for UK NARIC statements are being completed within the normal turnround times (including Fast Track if you choose this).

Until the general situation returns to normal, UK NARIC continues to deliver its statement services electronically, by email or internet.

You will receive your UK NARIC statement as a PDF e-statement with special security watermark.

When virus restrictions end, UK NARIC will resume the issuing of printed paper statements to customers. You will receive your paper statement by the delivery method you select when you order.

Fast Track

For Fast Track services only, we will issue both a paper statement and a PDF e-statement, within 24 or 48 hours as appropriate.

Fast Track applications - including all documents and full payment - must reach us by 14:00 BST to enable processing on the same working day. Processing will be next working day for applications received/completed after 14:00 BST.

For Fast Track, remember that 24 or 48 hours refers to working days. This does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or UK public holidays.

Note that there are still delays in international postal deliveries. This may delay the arrival of your paper statement. (At the moment, DHL courier deliveries are running well.)

Your PDF e-statement is security watermarked, and can be used until your paper statement arrives.

Employers, educational institutions, and UK Home Office caseworkers can verify UK NARIC PDF statements. Visit Verification Services

If you have any questions, please message us through the UK NARIC website and applicant portal; or organisational customers and members can contact their account manager; or email us on - we will be happy to help.
